Benefits of having a service contract on your residential elevator. Reassurance of a Certified Technician having throughly checked your equipment for proper operation. Prevenitive Maintenance will usually detect a potential problem before it becomes an issue. Having a service agreement will usually also have a price guarantee for the term of contract.

Excel Elevator offers price guarantee contracts for Commercial & Residential elevators. For Residential customers we offer the simple one, two, three maintenance agreement.Which means sign once and you will be guaranteed no increase for the following two years.  The State of Florida requires service or maintanance agreements on commercial conveyances.

Commercial Elevators  We offer our customers something the others are reluctant to do. Thats our one year getting to know you maintenance agreement. If for any reason you don't like our service (I'm sure that will not be the case) just simply notify us within 30 days of the contract expiration.But if you want to continue service (I'm sure that will be the case) then simply sign and mail the extention page thats in your agreement and the contract will be extended for 3 more years with no increase in the monthly rate.
